How to pay your AVS bill

Payment Methods

Online Bill Pay: Use our newly available Online Bill Pay Customer Portal to make convenient payments 24/7 with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or eCheck.

Customers registered online may also view invoices, manage or setup autopay, schedule a future one-time payment and even select paperless billing.

About Your Bill

Invoices are generated on or before the 10th day of the month and due on the 28th of the month.

Service is billed ahead, meaning payment is due by the 28th day of this month for service beginning the first day of next month. All invoices paid after the 28th day of the month are subject to a late payment fee and/or service disconnection.

Past due balances are indicated as a BALANCE FORWARD on the current invoice. All invoices with a past due balance are subject to disconnect without further notice.

Getting Started is Easy & Convenient!

  1. Click the “Bill Pay Portal” button on this page.
  2. Login to your profile, or create a profile.
  3. Connect your AVS account(s) to your profile.
  4. Toggle “Paperless Billing” to the “ON” position.
