Daily Maintenance Window: 12 AM to 6 AM
AVS Broadband reserves 12 AM to 6 AM daily for maintenance on our internet network outside our customers’ peak usage hours. This is a period of time set aside for planned changes, upgrades and/or repairs by us and our service partners. Maintenance activities performed during the maintenance window are strategically planned to have as little impact on our customers as possible, however service interruptions may sometimes occur. There is no need to notify AVS of an outage during maintenance window hours.
